PPC Lead - Amazon Marketing Agency

Full-Time | Remote | EST Hours (9 AM - 5 PM) | Competitive Salary + PTO

The Amazon Whisperer is a fast-growing, full-service Amazon agency focused on profitable growth, not just ad spend. We specialize in Amazon SEO, PPC, listing optimization, and catalog management.
 

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on PPC Lead to take ownership of advertising performance across 12-15 client accounts. You’ll manage high-priority clients directly and mentor up to 2 PPC Specialists, working closely with Brand Managers on strategy and performance.

✅ What You’ll Do:

✔️ Lead PPC strategy and execution across client accounts
✔️ Manage top-tier client accounts directly
✔️ Mentor and oversee 1-2 PPC Specialists
✔️ Ensure ACoS, TACoS, and budgets align with growth goals
✔️ Join monthly client calls and weekly internal check-ins
✔️ Monitor account health and performance proactively
✔️ Collaborate on strategy and share insights with the team

🎯 Requirements:

🔹 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
🔹 Strong knowledge of tools: Helium 10, BidX, Trellis, Perpetua, etc.
🔹 Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
🔹 Highly organized, analytical, and accountable
🔹 Comfortable working EST hours (remote)
🔹 Experience managing large ad budgets
🔹 Agency experience is a plus
