UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (Middle+) with a strong visual sense and a product-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate can combine polished visuals, clear logic, and user empathy to deliver digital experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and effective in driving engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, visually refined interfaces with high attention to detail
• Take ownership of the full design process: from UX flows and wireframes to pixel-perfect UI ready for development
• Form and validate hypotheses quickly, using feedback and data to make informed decisions
• Create experiences that build trust and emotional connection through visuals, tone, and interaction
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and marketers to align design decisions with business and technical needs
• Support usability testing and analyze user behavior through analytics, interviews, or recordings

• Maintain scalability and consistency by working with design systems and reusable components

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products (UI and UX)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both visual design (layouts, systems, style) and UX logic (flows, interactions)
• Ability to set visual direction and maintain design quality across projects
• Experience with analytics and research: interpreting funnels, heatmaps, or user feedback
• Proficiency in prototyping — from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive designs
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• English proficiency at B2+ level
