Junior CRM Developer (offline)

We are looking for an ambitious, high performing Junior CRM Developer. The overall objective for the Global CRM team is to improve and optimize the customer journey and support the ambitious 3Shape growth strategy through an ever-dynamic platform Dynamics 365 optimization and clearly defined CRM strategy.
You will join a dynamic CRM team, collaborating, collecting, analyzing, and designing optimal solutions for the greater part of all 3Shape teams, facilitating CRM as their primary everyday tool. You will refer to the CRM Senior Developer and be a part of the IT Solution and Transformation in 3Shape. The position is in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Further development of the existing system customizations (both front-end and back-end)
• Creation of plugins and CWAs for CRM system
• Work in a team environment with version control platforms like GitHub.
• Effective communication with other members of the team
• Making independent decisions, while knowing when to escalate issues
• Broad cross-organizational cooperation with the global stakeholders, building relations and making an impact at all levels within the organization
• Travelling (20 days per year must be expected)
Job requirements:
• At least 1 year of work experience as a software developer
• Good understanding of OOP
• English at least at the intermediate level
• Knowledge of JavaScript is a must
• Understanding and/or basic knowledge of C# is required
• Experience with Dynamics CRM is a plus
• Experience in debugging and analysis skills preferred
• Experience with version control (GitHub) is a plus
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus
• Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous tasks.
• A successfully completed commercial education at a master’s level is expected
