Senior UI Designer

Our company Strikersoft with offices in Kyiv, Stockholm, Bucharest and 15 years history, is expanding the team and looking for Senior UI Designer for a large British project.

Project Description:

The project is aimed at monitoring and calculating carbon emissions generated by various agricultural farms and enterprises. The primary goal is to collect and process a large volume of data provided by clients to accurately calculate their environmental impact.

The project consists of several key stages:

1. Data Collection and Input: Clients can input data into the system in a user-friendly format, making their interaction with the platform more seamless.
2. Data Validation: Before being saved in the database, all submitted data undergoes a validation process to ensure its accuracy and compliance with the required standards.
3. Data Storage and Processing: After validation, the data is stored in the database for further use.
4. Carbon Emission Calculation: Based on the collected information, the system automatically calculates the amount of carbon emissions generated by farms or enterprises. This allows users to obtain an objective assessment of their carbon footprint and potentially make necessary adjustments to reduce it.

The project also provides tools for further analysis and data visualisation, enabling clients to gain deeper insights into the environmental impact of their activities.

In this role, you will:

• Perform different tests hypotheses and their validation.
• Business analyses during the process of understanding goals and needs.
• Create the design vision and strategy for the product, build and maintain the design system.

• Collaborate closely with the product manager, engineers, and other team members to create optimal solutions.

   

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Strong digital work portfolio. 
• Development and maintenance of a complex project from idea to launch.
• Proficient with Figma. 
• Experience in partnering with product managers and engineers.
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (В2).

As a Plus:

• Experience with B2B products.
• Experience with SaaS and PaaS products. 
• Understanding of main SaaS metrics. You don’t need to have a deep understanding of statistics or data analysis, but you should be able to engage these subjects with interest and curiosity. 

• Experience in conducting and/or participating in quality product research (usability testing, user surveys, etc.).
