Account Manager (iGaming Events)
We are a recruiting agency, and we’re now helping our client hire a Sales & Account Manager in Brno, Czech Republic.
About the Company
Our client is an international design company with 15+ years of experience and its own production facilities in Europe. They specialize in creating exclusive exhibition stands and brand spaces for leading global companies. A key focus is the iGaming industry and large-scale international events such as Sigma, SBC, ICE, and Affiliate World.
Role Objective
The role combines sales hunting and account management: acquiring new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and developing long-term relationships with existing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition in iGaming and Events.
- Manage warm and cold leads.
- Handle the full sales cycle: needs discovery, presentations, negotiations, and contract closing.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.
- Grow existing accounts and drive upsells.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure top-quality execution.
Attend major European industry events for client meetings and networking (all travel expenses covered).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management.
- Strong background in managing long-cycle, consultative sales.
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) level, sufficient for negotiations and communication with international clients.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Based in Brno or ready to relocate (support provided).
Nice to have:
- Experience in iGaming, Affiliate, or Events industries.
- Existing relevant client network.
- Czech language skills for internal collaboration with the production team.
Work Setup
- Location: Brno, Czech Republic.
- Schedule: Full-time, 9:00–18:00 (with flexibility).
- Format: Office-based, with a hybrid option available after probation.
- Employment: Full-time, official Czech contract.
