Marketing Manager โ Swiss E-Commerce Brand to $3000
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong expertise in digital advertising, performance marketing, and creative content execution. This role requires someone who is both analytical and creative, capable of managing campaigns from strategy to hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and scale paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Handle audience segmentation, budget allocation, and A/B testing to drive maximum ROI.
- Lead Klaviyo email marketing operations, including flow automation, list segmentation, and detailed performance reviews.
- Work closely with designers and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and promotional assets.
- Carry out light image editing and ensure all creatives comply with brand guidelines.
- Track campaign KPIs and deliver actionable performance reports.
- Align marketing activities with broader business goals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Keep updated on digital marketing best practices, testing new strategies and tools.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in media buying with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo or other advanced email marketing tools.
- Competency in basic photo editing (e.g., Canva or equivalent tools).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Added value: experience in SEO, influencer collaborations, or content production.
