Affiliate Manager (Advertiser side) / Traffic Hunter to $1500

We are a direct advertiser in the lead generation (CPA/CPL) niche, looking for a proactive Affiliate Manager (Advertiser side) / Traffic Hunter to join our fully remote team. If you know how to build strong partnerships, manage traffic, and scale volumes — this role is for you.
 

📌 Responsibilities

• Search for and attract new partners: affiliates, arbitrage teams, CPA networks.
• Launch and manage traffic: provide links, postbacks, assist with tracker integration.
• Support partners: offer updates on offers, help with optimization, provide quick feedback.
• Control quality: monitor approve rate, detect fraud, ensure compliance.
• Scale volumes: negotiate CPL/CPA rates, retain key partners.
• Market monitoring: new traffic sources, teams, chats, conferences.
   

📌 Requirements

• Experience in whitehat leadgen / nutra COD (mandatory).
• 1+ year as an Affiliate Manager (in a CPA network or on the advertiser side).
• Solid understanding of CPA / CPL / RevShare models.
• Experience with trackers (Keitaro, Binom, Everflow, Affise, etc.).
• Knowledge of major traffic sources: Facebook, Google, Native, Push.
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Strong negotiation and partner retention skills.
