Middle Project Manager

FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment.
We develop innovations in the field of gambling and betting through a complex multi-component platform which is capable to withstand enormous loads and provide a unique experience for players.
FAVBET Tech does not organize and conduct gambling on its platform. Its main focus is software development.

Main areas of work:
 

  • Betting/Gambling Platform Software Development โ€” software development that is easy to use and personalized for each customer.
  • Highload Development โ€” development of highly loaded services and systems.
  • CRM System Development โ€” development of a number of services to ensure a high level of customer service, effective engagement of new customers and retention of existing ones.
  • Big Data โ€” development of complex systems for processing and analysis of big data.
  • Cloud Services โ€” we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.

    Requirements:
     
  • Project manager experience 2+ years (Experience with Sportsbook teams would be a plus)
  • Strong experience with Scrum/Kanban
  • Technical background is desired
  • Excellent knowledges of SDLC
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Risk management skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and tools
  • Understanding of quality and how to manage for best quality of your product
  • Passion to Quality and Delivery in time
  • Data Science would be a plus


Responsibilities:
 

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain a project implementation plan aligned with objectives, timelines, and available resources.
  • Team Organization: Assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration and alignment between different teams and contributors.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Conduct regular meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project status reports, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain transparent communication with clients/customers.
  • Quality & Progress Control: Oversee task execution quality and track overall project progress.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project-related documentation.
  • Tool Management: Keep Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools up to date.
  • People Management: Foster a healthy team environment, facilitate regular 1-to-1 meetings, and support the creation of individual development plans for team members.
