Account Manager

FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment.
We develop innovations in the field of gambling and betting through a complex multi-component platform which is capable to withstand enormous loads and provide a unique experience for players.
FAVBET Tech does not organize and conduct gambling on its platform. Its main focus is software development.

 

Key Requirements:

โ€” Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in client-facing roles within B2B and/or B2C sectors.

โ€” Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability in negotiation and conflict resolution.

โ€” Strong organizational capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously while ensuring alignment with established agreements, requirements, and priorities.

โ€” Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) will be considered an advantage.

โ€” Experience working with Jira or similar task/project management systems is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:
โ€” The first line of Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with the business and the support team, ensuring smooth communication flow.

โ€” Request Management: Receive, clarify, and process all requests from business stakeholders and end-users.

โ€” Task Administration: Ensure accurate creation and tracking of requests in Jira (or other task management systems), keeping them properly documented and updated.

โ€” Prioritization & Status Control: Monitor task priorities, update statuses in a timely manner, and ensure alignment with business needs.

โ€” Issue Resolution & Coordination: Facilitate problem-solving and coordinate collaboration across teams to achieve successful delivery.

โ€” Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular updates to clients and business stakeholders on task progress, timelines, and outcomes.

โ€” Reporting & Analytics: Prepare reports and analyze requests and completed work within agreed timeframes.

โ€” Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance collaboration with the business.

โ€” Customer Satisfaction: Work consistently on improving the overall satisfaction of business stakeholders and end-users.
