Marketing Manager Swiss E-Com Brand to $3200

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in digital advertising, email marketing, and creative content execution. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Manage audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, including automation flows, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging ad visuals and promotional content.
  • Perform basic photo editing and ensure all creative assets align with brand standards.
  • Monitor campaign analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in photo editing (e.g., Canva, or similar tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Additional experience in SEO, influencer outreach, or content creation is a plus.
