We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in digital advertising, email marketing, and creative content execution. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Oversee Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, including automation flows, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging ad visuals and promotional content.
- Perform basic photo editing and ensure all creative assets align with brand standards.
- Monitor campaign analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Basic to intermediate skills in photo editing (e.g., Canva, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Additional experience in SEO, influencer outreach, or content creation is a plus.
