- 3+ years in digital/marketing strategy
- 1+ year in crypto/web3 (huge plus)
- Experience with user acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate, PR)
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting (Google Sheets, dashboards, UTM, funnels)
- Understanding of crypto markets and international marketing
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
Strategic mindset, ability to create and implement long-term growth plans

- Build and implement global marketing strategy for PointPay ecosystem
- Develop and optimize user acquisition funnels across multiple channels
- Coordinate with product, design, and content teams on campaigns
- Work with performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI), prepare weekly reports
- Explore new growth opportunities (crypto influencers, PR, affiliate networks)
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficiency and scalability
Monitor crypto market trends and competitors, adapt strategy accordingly
