  • 1+ year in crypto/web3 (huge plus)
  • Experience with user acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate, PR)
  • Strong skills in analytics and reporting (Google Sheets, dashboards, UTM, funnels)
  • Understanding of crypto markets and international marketing
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset, ability to create and implement long-term growth plans

  • Build and implement global marketing strategy for PointPay ecosystem
  • Develop and optimize user acquisition funnels across multiple channels
  • Coordinate with product, design, and content teams on campaigns
  • Work with performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI), prepare weekly reports
  • Explore new growth opportunities (crypto influencers, PR, affiliate networks)
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • Monitor crypto market trends and competitors, adapt strategy accordingly
