About the Role
We’re looking for a Media Partnership Specialist to join our growing international team. - Negotiate publication terms and maintain strong relationships with publishers
- Ensure quality control of campaigns and that services are delivered as agreed
- Coordinate with the Finance team to process payments to publishers
- Collaborate with Sales to support smooth execution of client campaigns
Your Growth Path
- Week 1: Introduction to the team and onboarding into our processes. You’ll get familiar with our product, internal tools, and workflow, with the support of your mentor and colleagues.
- Weeks 2–3: Begin exploring different types of media outlets and advertising formats. Learn how to evaluate media quality based on visualization, metrics, and pricing. Get hands-on experience in drafting requests and building professional communication with publishers.
- End of Month 1: Start leading direct communication with publishers. You’ll take responsibility for filling in publication terms into the catalog used by our clients.
- By the end of probation: You will have a personal motivation plan for publisher acquisition. You’ll gain independence in negotiations, be able to add new publishers to the catalog, and take ownership of ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. You’ll also collaborate with the Sales team to align on client needs and campaign delivery.
