Job description

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• English B2 — written and spoken.
• Strong skills in preparing project proposals (timelines, budgets, risk analysis).
• Ability to turn client ideas into clear and structured technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with task-tracking tools (JIRA, Asana, or similar).
• Systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating directly with clients, refining and clarifying project requirements.
• Setting clear project objectives, scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Preparing detailed project documentation and technical specifications.
• Leading the production process through the entire project lifecycle.
• Daily progress tracking and transparent reporting.
• Ensuring projects stay on time and within budget at every stage.
• Supporting, managing, and mentoring team members toward success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven record of launching new products or entering new markets.
