Payment Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and assigning tasks in YouTrack
  • Receiving tasks from KAM/BDM and analyzing them for accuracy and completeness of the provided information
  • Timely task creation in YouTrack
  • Providing correct and complete task descriptions in YouTrack for the WEB and Tech Support teams
  • Communication with WEB and Tech Support teams:
    • Regular and timely communication with WEB and Tech Support teams regarding technical task implementation and ensuring PSP and methods functionality
    • Coordinating tasks between Payments, WEB, and Tech Support teams
    • Supervising technical task implementation processes
  • Communication with Payments teams:
    • Tracking task status in YouTrack and timely passing updates to KAM and BDM
    • Forwarding information and requests from WEB and Tech Support teams to KAM/BDM
    • Communicating with KAM and BDM regarding technical tasks and PSP/method functionality
  • Communication with PSP:
    • Timely request forwarding and communication with PSP during technical task implementation and testing
  • Participation in the full task implementation cycle, from WEB-side development to live launch:
    • Coordinating tasks between Payments, WEB, and Tech Support teams
    • Timely passing of information, requests, and statuses between Payments, WEB, and Tech Support
    • Analyzing results and identifying error causes during testing
    • Creating tasks in YouTrack for WEB to fix bugs identified during testing
    • Forwarding tasks for internal testing and further coordination of the process
    • Communicating with PSP during testing for WL projects and other projects where direct RTM–PSP communication has been approved by management
    • Timely sending of notifications about method launches to relevant chats and responsible Payments employees
