🔍 We are currently looking for an initiative-driven Project Manager for a full-time, in-office position in Lviv. If you have excellent English, at least 6 months of experience in management, and want to grow together with our team — we’re waiting for you!
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing clients’ business processes and gathering requirements
- Creating tasks, monitoring their completion, and performing basic testing of results
- Leading client meetings, aligning requirements and deliverables
- Proactive, ongoing communication with clients and the team
Participating in planning, organizing team work, and improving processes
✅ What we expect from you:
- Ability to work full-time in our Lviv office
- English — B2+ (90% of work with international clients)
- At least 6 months of experience in Project Management or a related field (in IT or other industries)
- Understanding of general management and business processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to find quick solutions
Initiative, responsibility, and eagerness for professional growth
💪 It would be a plus if you have:
- Completed courses in PM, BA, QA, Software Engineering, or B2B Sales
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Basic knowledge of IT, marketing, or sales
