Webflow Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Webflow Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive, visually appealing websites using Webflow, based on provided designs or style guidelines.

This role is ideal for someone who has a good eye for detail, understands modern web design principles, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using Webflow
• Convert Figma or other design files into fully functional Webflow sites
• Create responsive layouts and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Set up CMS collections and dynamic content
• Implement animations and interactions in Webflow
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members
• Perform regular updates and content changes as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Webflow (portfolio or examples required)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Ability to work with CMS collections and dynamic content in Webflow
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices for on-page optimization
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• English level: Intermediate (B1-B2) or higher — ability to communicate and understand tasks clearly

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD
• Basic understanding of JavaScript or custom code integration
• Familiarity with no-code tools like Zapier, Airtable, or Make
• Previous remote work or freelance experience

Workload & Availability:

• Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule, but some overlap with [your timezone, e.g., CET/EST] preferred
• Long-term collaboration possible for the right candidate
