CRM manager

CRM executive is responsible for full cycle of CRM campaign setup and launch according to the briefs coming from Head of CRM. This includes set-up of communications and segments in CRM automation tools, setup of emails, sms and Push notifications, request bonuses, send-out of communications and calculating bonuses if needed. It’s critical to be able to work with data, to be familiar with CMS and communication channels, to be accurate and attentive to details.

 

This role provides great perspective to work with most advanced industry tools and obtain strong experience across a broad variety of CRM disciplines.

 

Responsibilities:



 

  • Launch of CRM campaigns according to the brief and provided designs and copy. This includes preparation of email templates, activities, segments and communications in CRM automation tool for sms, email, web push, onsite rich inbox and other channels);
  • Conducting A/B tests to refine most effective communications and offers;
  • Work on communications content to guide creative studio and get designs and copy which works best and corresponds to best practices;
  • Monitor email domains reputation;
  • Evaluation of conducted campaigns;
  • Control of communications subscription and unsubscription by customers, prevention of unsubscriptions;

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 1 year of experience as a CRM manager or email marketing specialist.
  • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation tools (CustomerIO, Fasttrack, Optimove, etc);
  • Strong Excel experience (sorting, transformation, formulas (VLOOKUP specifically), pivots);
  • Hands-on experience with HTML is strongly desired;
  • High level of attention to details, accuracy;
  • iGaming experience is strongly desired.
