Paid Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a highly analytical and technical Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a key driver of our growth by implementing and managing data-driven paid advertising strategies. Your main objective will be to increase customer acquisitions and conversions while maintaining specific cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals. Key Responsibilities

  • PPC Strategy & Implementation: Develop, execute, and manage sophisticated paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), focusing on strategies to increase conversions and customer acquisition.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics to continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance. You will be responsible for A/B testing ad copy and creatives, refining targeting, and adjusting bid strategies to maximize conversion rates and meet CPA targets.
  • Data-Driven Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword, competitor, and audience research to identify high-intent opportunities. Use this data to inform new campaign launches and optimize existing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Ad Creative & Technical Execution: Develop technically precise ad copy and collaborate with our design team to create high-performing visuals. You will also be responsible for the technical implementation of tracking codes and pixels to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed reports using Google Analytics and other reporting tools. Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations and insights on campaign performance to leadership.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and manage significant PPC budgets to achieve maximum efficiency and return on investment (ROI).

 

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta. Experience with Microsoft Bing and other paid advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate insights into tangible actions.
  • Conversion-Focused Mindset: Deep understanding of the conversion funnel and the technical strategies required to move users from clicks to conversions.
  • Proficiency in Analytics: Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics for tracking, reporting, and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical insights and their business impact.
