Head of HR and Recruiting
Head of HR&Recruiting โ who at this stage will be responsible for three areas: recruitment, HR, and administration, and will be able to develop them into separate departments. This is a key specialist in the company, who will be part of the C-level board and work directly with the CEO.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience as Head or HRD in IT companies.
- Experience in building HR and recruitment processes from scratch.
- Understanding of personnel and military record-keeping.
- Hands-on experience in recruiting for diverse roles.
- Proficiency in English at an B2 level or higher
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment.
- Development and implementation of HR processes in the company.
- Organization of onboarding for new employees and ensuring their successful integration.
- Development and implementation of team development programs, including competence assessment and continuous employee growth support.
- Participation in organizing the military deferment process in the company.
