Junior Lead Generation Specialist / Data Researcher

We are looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist / Data Researcher to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using automation tools and research methods
• Verify and enrich contact information to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Conduct data research to identify new target markets and opportunities
• Keep records organized in Google Spreadsheets and CRM tools

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate or Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to stay focused on routine and repetitive tasks
• Time management skills to plan workload and meet deadlines
• Proactive communication: willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when needed

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience using ChatGPT and prompt crafting
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools
