Content Writer

We are looking for a Content Writer to join our Content Team and help shape the voice and communication strategy for two key projects within the IT and HR domains. The main focus of this role is creating engaging, structured, and high-quality content for social media (Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn) to strengthen brand presence and increase audience engagement.Key Responsibilities:
 

• Create and develop content for social media (Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn)
• Write different types of texts: posts, articles, short copy, scripts for short videos, captions for visuals.
• Adapt complex technical and business topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content for a wide audience.
• Maintain and develop the tone of voice for each project, following editorial guidelines.
• Collaborate with SMM managers, designers, and the HR team to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Edit, refine, and polish content based on feedback and project requirements.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements in formats and approaches.

Requirements:
 

• 2+ years of experience as a Copywriter / Content Writer / Author in IT or high-risk industries (gambling, betting, fintech, etc.).
• Excellent command of Russian (portfolio or writing samples required).
• English level B2+ (for working with English documentation and content adaptation).
• Ability to write in different styles: from business/expert to light and engaging.
• Proven experience with social-first content for Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn.

Nice to have:
 

• Experience writing technical texts (including simplifying terminology for a broader audience).
• Understanding of SMM and digital marketing trends, including visual-first formats.
