Email Marketing Specialist

About position:
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist for a long-term project. We seek someone proactive, eager to grow and develop in the field of email marketing or as a Retention Manager. If you are responsible, detail-oriented, and enjoy working on operational tasks, we’d love to have you on the CLARYFI Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • 6+ months of experience in email marketing or 1+ year in support, anti-fraud, account management, sports, or payments.
  • Email campaign setup, formatting, and launch.
  • Preparation and adaptation of templates for different segments and promotions.
  • Testing emails before sending (content, rendering, links, UTMs).
  • Monitoring key metrics and preparing reports.
  • Collaboration with Retention Managers to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Setting up basic segmentation.
  • Creating and maintaining automated campaigns.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Optimove, Fast Track, etc.).
  • Understanding of key retention metrics.
  • Audience segmentation skills.
  • Experience with multichannel communication (SMS, push notifications, pop-ups, messengers).
  • English skills B1.
