CoreWillSoft GmbH is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter (with a focus on sourcing) to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success. You will collaborate closely with our recruitment team to understand our hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication and networking skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting.

 

Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, social media, job boards to identify potential candidates.

- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and engagement.

- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements for open positions.

- Coordinate with recruiter to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

- Provide regular updates/reports on the status of sourcing efforts and candidate pipelines.

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in the software development or technology industry.

- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online sourcing platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach to recruiting.

- Commitment to upholding CoreWillSoft GmbH's values and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

 

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other HR software applications.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
