Now we’re looking for a Talent Recruiter who’ll help us grow our teams with exceptional people on the AdTech market.
 

What you will be doing:

  • own the full-cycle recruitment for AdTech & MarTech roles (business development, developers, marketing, etc.);
  • support with administrative roles (finance, HR, legal, business ops, system administrators, design, etc);
  • build strong pipelines, manage outreach, and keep processes smooth and human;
  • shaping role profiles and providing market insights to hiring managers;
  • be an ambassador of Spalah culture, ensuring every candidate is a great fit.

What you bring:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience withing AdTech/MarTech niche;
  • strong track record in closing both business and technical roles;
  • able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment;
  • strong communication skills — English required (Upper-Intermediate+).
