IT Recruiter

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate IT Recruiter to join Softlab360 team! You’ll be working on challenging and highly technical positions, helping us find the right talent to fuel our growth. If you’re someone who loves recruiting, is driven by results, and wants to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, tech-driven environment, this role is for you.
🔹 What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment with a focus on technical and complex roles (mostly developers).
- Source and engage top talent using modern tools, creative strategies, and automation where possible.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess both technical pre-fit (where relevant) and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain pipelines of strong candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs.
- Drive recruitment processes with ownership, discipline, and responsibility.
🔹 What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably technical).
- Proven track record of working towards and achieving hiring goals.
- A result-oriented mindset with a conceptual interest in automation and sourcing innovations.
- Strong organizational skills, discipline, and accountability.
- English: B2+ level.
🔹 Nice-to-have:
- Experience as a Technical Recruiter (ability to run technical pre-screens).
- Background in outsourcing / outstaffing companies.
