HR Generalist

SoftPeak is seeking a proactive and flexible HR Generalist to handle a variety of HR tasks, with the understanding that in our dynamic business, you may need to step beyond typical HR responsibilities. 

You’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and supporting various operational tasks to help our growing team thrive.
 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and job postings, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the hiring process.
  2. Employee Relations: Be the first point of contact for employee issues, fostering a supportive and open work environment.
  3. HR Operations: Oversee HR functions like payroll, attendance, and benefits administration, and offer hands-on support in other operational areas as needed.
  4. Administrative Support: Extra support across various business functions where necessary.

     

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

• Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond traditional HR tasks.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.


Key Metrics:

  1. Hiring Success: 80% of new hires successfully complete the probationary period.
  2. Employee Satisfaction: Maintain employee satisfaction scores of 85% or higher.
  3. Retention Rate: Achieve at least 85% employee retention over 12 months.
  4. Extra Responsibility Handling: Ability to complete assigned tasks, even outside of direct HR duties.
