Head of SEO (iGaming)

BigD is seeking a talented Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team. BigD is an iGaming operator focused on the LATAM (top brand). But that’s not all — we also have a thriving Affiliate Program, a handy Payment solution, and an AI user acquisition solution. We are a big family of over 500+ creative minds.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy for the LatAm market 
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing SEO team (from junior to senior level).
• Conduct technical audits, optimize website architecture, internal linking, and structured data implementation.
• Manage link-building strategies (white-hat, outreach, PBNs, scalable custom methods).
• Perform competitor and market research to identify search trends and opportunities in LatAm.
• Handle Google penalties recovery and ensure resilience to algorithm updates.
• Define and monitor KPI & OKRs for the team, ensuring ROI-driven SEO performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, product, and design teams to maximize organic growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role (Head / Lead).
• Proven track record in iGaming, betting, and casino niches in highly competitive markets.
• Hands-on expertise in LatAm SEO: local search dynamics, user behavior, and content specifics.
• Deep knowledge of full-cycle SEO: technical, content, off-page.
• Strong experience with Google penalties recovery and algorithm updates.
• Experience building SEO departments from scratch and scaling teams 
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on traffic growth, conversions, and ROI, not just rankings.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Netpeak Spider, GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, Aparser, ZennoPoster, Tag Manager.
• English — Upper-Intermediate+ (working proficiency); Spanish or Portuguese — a strong plus.
