Linkbuilder/Outreach Specialist

We are a full-cycle software and app development company. Limeup specializes in creating mobile and web applications, complex websites, and scalable digital platforms.

We are currently looking for a Linkbuilder / Outreach Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven experience in linkbuilding / outreach;
• Experience working with international GEOs (USA, UK, DE);
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level (written and spoken);
• Experience building links through blogs, forums, Q&A platforms, etc.;
• Ability to evaluate and select high-quality donor websites;
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals;
• Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Hunter.io (or similar);
• Experience with outreach and email marketing tools (CRM/newsletter software);
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
   

Nice to have: your own database of websites in relevant niches.

Responsibilities:

• Research and select relevant, high-quality websites for guest and sponsored posts;
• Analyze and monitor competitors’ backlink profiles;
• Communicate with webmasters and editors to arrange link placements;
• Review content before and after publication;
• Monitor link quality and indexing status;
• Maintain accurate reports of weekly activities;
• Build and update the donor site database;
• Participate in Q&A activities (e.g., Quora);
• Suggest new outreach ideas and link-building strategies;

• Continuously improve link-building methods and workflows.
