Business Development Manager (PSP)
We are expanding into LatAm and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our payment infrastructure and strengthen partnerships with PSPs.
You will identify new opportunities, lead negotiations with providers, and ensure that our users in Chile, Peru, and other markets enjoy seamless, localized payment experiences.
This role blends strategic business development, partner management, and hands-on execution. Your success will directly influence revenue growth, market penetration, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Management
- Research, evaluate, and onboard new PSPs and alternative payment methods;
- Lead negotiations and secure optimal commercial terms;
- Manage contracts, SLAs, and financial models;
- Collaborate with Legal on compliance and risk-related matters.
Market Expansion & Localization
- Analyze payment trends and user preferences in LatAm markets;
- Localize payment flows for cards, cash, wallets, and QR methods;
- Build strong relationships with local and regional partners.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor key payment and business metrics (conversion, success rate, fraud, chargebacks);
- Identify friction points and propose improvements to increase approval rates;
- Prepare regular performance reports and drive initiatives to boost efficiency.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Support on PSP integrations;
- Ensure smooth rollout of new payment features and ongoing support.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development within iGaming (casino/betting) or FinTech;
- Proven track record of PSP partnerships and integrations;
- Strong knowledge of Chile, Peru, and other LatAm markets;
- Excellent negotiation skills in English (Spanish is a strong advantage);
- Ability to manage projects and partnerships independently end-to-end.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with BI tools and payment analytics;
- Understanding of payment API integrations, routing, and gateway architecture.
