Social Media Content Manager and Brand Awareness

We are an Israeli–Ukrainian startup with a physical office in Vinnytsia, Ukraine.

Our company operates two profitable B2B SaaS products focused on AI-powered Lead Generation and Email Deliverability.

 

We are looking for a creative, quick-thinking, and detail-oriented Brand Awareness & Social Media Content Manager to enhance our online presence, strengthen brand identity, and engage our target audience through impactful social media strategies for both products.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Awareness Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a cohesive brand awareness strategy that aligns with AnyBiz.io and Warmy.io’s mission and vision.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management:
    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging and visually appealing content across all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
    • Write compelling copy for posts, ads, newsletters, and campaigns tailored to different platforms.
    • Utilize creative tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software) to design graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and authentically.
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers, customers, and partners to amplify the brand’s reach.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
    • Prepare monthly reports and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Trend Analysis & Innovation:
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep AnyBiz.io and Warmy.io ahead of the curve.
    • Propose creative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or brand marketing.
  • Proven experience building brand awareness and growing social media channels for a tech or SaaS company.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a creative flair.
  • Strong copywriting skills, including experience creating compelling newsletters.
  • Proficiency in social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot, and analytics tools like Google Analytics or platform-specific insights.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
  • A fast executor who thrives in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
  • A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret metrics.
