Senior Front-End Developer

What You’ll Do as a Senior Developer:

• Development of complex frontend features, including RTC, WebSockets, Graphs, and Grids.
• Integrate AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Support the team through technical product improvements, requirement analysis, and brainstorming sessions.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of AI adoption and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with product goals and deliver faster without sacrificing quality.
• Develop and generate dynamic reports in PDF format as part of application features.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial Frontend Development, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Expertise in:
  • HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors.
  • React/Redux and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • REST API Integration Experience
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and Ant Design.
  • Experience creating and formatting PDF reports from web applications.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Sourcegraph Cody) and ability to integrate AI into daily workflows for coding, debugging, and testing.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English at an Intermediate level or higher.
   

  It’s Nice to Have:

• Experience with WebSockets, and WebRTC integrations.
• PDF Generation Experience
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA (including Tempo and Pivot Table) and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile SDLC environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, e.g., CodeBuild/CodePipeline.
• Experience with AI-based UI code generation, test automation, or documentation tools.

• Familiarity with AI-powered static analysis, code review, or refactoring tools (e.g., SonarQube with AI plugins, DeepSource AI).
