About the Company:
Ultiself is the #1 app for biohacking and self-improvement on the App Store and Google Play. The app uses AI to help people build daily routines to improve their mood, health, and productivity.
But Ultiself is more than just an app. We work on different health and wellness projects, including web platforms and mobile products. We partner with companies like RNK Health and Gaxos Health. Together, we work on topics such as: Fitness coaching, Personalized vitamin and supplement plans, Building a healthy lifestyle.
We are a fast-growing remote company. Our goal is to help people live better with the help of smart tools and technologies.
Work Conditions
- Full-time, remote position (you must be available at least until 2:00 PM NYC time / 21:00 Kyiv time).
- 5 paid sick days, 20 paid vacation days per year after probation.
- 2-3 month probationary period.
Responsibilities:
- Creating short videos to promote the application on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok
- Assembling scenes, animation, shading, keying, rendering, compositing, & editing
- Ability to work with templates from stock images - find, disassemble, & change
- Illustrating concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic ideas
- Obtaining approval of the concept by submitting a rough layout for approval
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Providing guidance and sharing knowledge with the more Junior designer on the team
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience of 3+ years in Motion design
- Mastery in Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and Final Cut
- Proficiency in creating marketing materials (POSM, images for social media, email campaigns, infographics, etc.) with a strong portfolio of work
- Intermediate (or higher) level of English.
- Being up to date with trends
- Attentiveness to the details
- Experience working in startups.
Preferred Competencies:
- Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered if they have hands-on experience (note: we do not consider applicants only with course experience);
- Experience in the health niche;
- Multilingual abilities (preferred languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish).
Stages of the interview:
- Interview with HR (30 minutes)
- Test Task (completed within 1 day, typically requiring 2-3 hours of work)
- Meeting with Operation Manager and Motion Designer (45 minutes).
