GSM Growth Agency is an eCommerce agency with over 5 years of experience, helping dropshipping clients scale their businesses “done-for-you.” We work without micromanagement, value results, and give you the freedom to act.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct scheduled sales calls with qualified inbound leads.
• Build rapport and trust with prospects, identifying their needs, goals, and pain points.
• Present the Done-For-You (DFY) dropshipping solution clearly and persuasively.
• Handle objections and answer client questions confidently and professionally.
• Follow up with leads who do not close immediately using a structured follow-up process.
• Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Maintain and update CRM records, call notes, and sales pipeline information.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in sales with proven track records
• English C1, strong understanding of eCommerce/dropshipping
• High-ticket sales experience and confidence in negotiations
• Availability to work US time zones (5 PM–2 AM Kyiv time)
