Influencer Relations Manager(Polish Language)

We’re looking for an Influence Relations Manager who is ready to take ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments, loves nurturing relationships, and wants to directly impact growth.

🎯 Your Impact Areas

• Build and nurture relationships with relevant influencers in the Polish and Ukrainian markets to increase brand visibility and trust
• Identify and onboard content creators aligned with our mission, values, and target audiences
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach through briefing, activation, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with content, social media, and growth teams to develop compelling, localized campaign ideas
• Monitor performance of influencer partnerships and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and creator culture in both Poland and Ukraine
• Proactively test new formats, platforms, and messaging angles to drive audience engagement and brand growth

🧠 Your Superpower Stack

• Strong network or working knowledge of creators on platforms like Youtube, Instagram and TikTok
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while keeping an eye on impact
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating cross-functionally
• Data-literate: you understand how to evaluate campaign success and adjust strategy accordingly
• Polish - fluency in spoken and written communication
• English - at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level for confident professional interaction
• Ukrainian - strong plus for local communication and cultural context

🧩 Recruitment process for this position:

1. Introductory call (30 minutes). A short get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
2. Test assignment. If we’re aligned, we’ll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
3. Deep-dive interview (up to 1 hour). A conversation with the Hiring Manager to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
4. Final interview (optional). In some cases, we may schedule an additional conversation with our CMO.
5. Reference check. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together.
6. Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
