HR generalist
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our remote team. You’ll be the sole HR specialist in a web development company focused on e-commerce solutions. This is a full-cycle HR role with a strong emphasis on recruitment, employee development, and culture building.
Key Responsibilities:
-Staff learning & development
-Employer brand awareness & internal events
-Onboarding & adaptation processes
-1-to-1s, performance reviews, and soft-skills interviews
-Corporate culture development (events, holidays, anniversaries)
-Motivation & retention strategies (material and non-material)
-Recruitment and closing IT vacancies
-CRM and database management (employees, candidates, events)
-Planning, budgeting, and resource management
Requirements:
-3+ years in HR (Generalist / People Partner / Business Partner roles)
-Experience in IT recruitment and HR processes
-Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills
-Conflict resolution and psychological insight
-Budgeting and planning experience
-Upper-intermediate English (written & spoken)
-Tech-savvy: CRM, Office tools, Jira, AI tools
