We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our B2B lead generation and craft creative campaigns that turn interest into engagement - and engagement into customers.
 

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads for teqid.org. Your work will blend creative campaign building with data-driven performance tracking, ensuring our marketing activities bring measurable business results.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Creation - Work closely with CMO to conceptualize and run creative, engaging, and high-converting campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, events, partnerships).
  • Content Marketing - Collaborate with design and product teams to produce compelling landing pages, ads, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Performance Tracking - Set up and monitor UTMs, tracking pixels, and analytics dashboards to measure campaign ROI and attribution.
  • Funnel Optimization - Analyze the customer journey and optimize lead nurturing flows from first touch to conversion.
  • Traffic Source Analysis - Evaluate and compare channels for lead quality (organic, paid, referrals, events) and adjust investments accordingly.
  • Tool Utilization - Work with marketing automation and prospecting tools (e.g., Favicon, Coldridge; Clay experience is a plus) to streamline outreach.
  • Collaboration - Partner with sales and product teams to ensure messaging alignment and smooth handover of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Experimentation - Test and iterate new channels, creatives, and messaging to identify scalable growth opportunities.
  • Reporting - Provide clear, actionable reports on lead generation performance, learnings, and next steps.
     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in SaaS, tech, or startup environments).
  • Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics, UTM tagging, attribution models).
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and paid advertising.
  • Bonus: Experience with Favicon, Coldridge, Clay, or similar lead prospecting tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop campaigns that stand out in competitive B2B markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
