Project manager (offline)

Education/ Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of IT project management or equivalent team leadership experience
- Work experience with foreign customers (communication on a daily basis with clients outside of Ukraine)
- Experience managing projects in both agile and waterfall SDLC, experience with Jira / Trello or any other equivalent;
- Fluent with MS Office or Google Docs
- Upper-intermediate English
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is desired

Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business owners, project sponsors, vendors and key clients
- Project Planning: Create and maintain project plans ensuring PM methodology is adhered to. Develop work breakdown structures based on the project objectives and scope
- Resource Management: Determine staffing requirements and form project teams. Effectively align resources across projects
- Risk Management: Identify the elements of risk in a project. Analyze and prioritize this risk and assesse its potential project impact. Develop and maintain risk plans, processes, and systems in order to mitigate such risk
- Project Monitoring: Monitor the project identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating scope, budget, quality, timeline issues appropriately
- Problem Solving: Identifie project related problems. Bring creative solutions to the workplace and implement them
- Communications: Prepare status reports to convey project scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests, and critical issues to the client and project team
- Customer Satisfaction: Conduct formal review with business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction
