Recruiter Igaming
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, ideally in dynamic product or igaming environments;
- Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers and driving hiring decisions with confidence;
- Advanced sourcing skills using a broad range of tools and channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, communities, referrals, etc.);
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to lead discussions, present insights, and influence decision-making;
- Capable of operating independently and in a fast-paced environment;
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency;
- Experience in the Igaming industry
Responsibilities:
- Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
- Development of new approaches in attracting candidates and improving the selection process, monitoring new trends and other useful data to improve the productivity and recruitment process overall;
- Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking;
Would be a plus:
- Experience in the Igaming industry;
- Proactive, data-driven, and adaptable mindset;
