We are looking for a Country Manager to join our team!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Betting experience is mandatory
- Excellent team organization, analytics, and communication skills
- Knowledge of metrics and ability to work with them
- Ability to predict trends and adapt them into product
- English: B+ level
- Knowledge of the Bangladesh market
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product audits for the Bangladesh market
- Develop customer retention strategies
- Define key funnel metrics
- Optimize product performance in the region
- Prepare the region for large-scale advertising campaigns
- Analyze Bangladesh market, competitors, and target audience
- Analyze and optimize customer journey
- Control payment methods popular in Bangladesh
- Identify growth points in the Bangladesh market
- Manage user acquisition channels
- Prioritize tasks and evaluate team performance
