Project Manager Junior or Mid-level Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Project Manager to join our PM team for long-term cooperation.

We are ready to consider junior specialists and specialists in the fields of QA, BA or Dev who want to develop as project managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects at all stages — from initiation to completion.
• Identify and thoroughly analyze client requirements; agree on the Terms of Reference (ToR), organize interviews, and approve layouts.
• Design website structures, prepare ToR, and create project roadmaps.
• Organize and coordinate the work of the project team, including designers, developers, QA specialists, etc.
• Build constructive relationships with clients through regular communication and progress reporting at all stages of execution.
  
   

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience in project planning from scratch, setting tasks, monitoring progress, and managing teams.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• Understanding of UX principles, structure design, and the website development process.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to structure and prioritize tasks, and make independent decisions.
  
   

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• English at B2+ level and native-level Ukrainian.
• Experience writing ToR.
• Experience working with WordPress / background in WordPress development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Education in project management and business analysis.
• Experience with tools such as Worksection, Figma, Webflow, Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.
  
   

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of the specifics of the nonprofit sector (NGOs, government).
• Knowledge of SEO principles, digital marketing strategies, and database basics.
• Experience in volunteering or participation in public organizations.
