Senior CRM Manager — iGaming (Smartico, Gamification, Retention Focus)

We are Gravira, a fast-growing iGaming brand targeting Tier-1 markets with a strong focus on user engagement, loyalty, and long-term value. As we scale aggressively, we are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Senior CRM Manager to take full ownership of our retention ecosystem, gamification loops, and Smartico execution.

💡 What You’ll Do

As our Senior CRM lead, you’ll design, execute, and optimize the entire player journey — from first visit to VIP reactivation — using Smartico and custom segmentation. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Tech, and Marketing to build high-performing lifecycle flows and directly impact our core KPIs.

 

🧠 Responsibilities:

Lifecycle & Flow Ownership

  • Build complete CJM and player lifecycle funnels: from Visit → FTD → Retention → VIP → Churn & Winback
  • Design and implement all lifecycle flows inside Smartico (email, SMS, push, in-app, chatbot, webhooks)
  • Create FigJam-style block diagrams for every user segment and flow before execution

Retention & Gamification

  • Own gamification mechanics: missions, tournaments, progression loops
  • Build segmented offers & bonus-based engagement campaigns across player levels (New → Highroller → VIP)
  • Optimize re-engagement and churn-prevention triggers

Data & KPI Management

  • Own CRM metrics: Retention rate (D3/D7/D30), CRs, ARPU, Bonus Cost, Bonus ROI.
  • Monitor performance by channel & adjust flows based on benchmarks and A/B testing
  • Work with analysts to create dashboards and reports on all triggered journeys, cohorts, and bonus ROI

Bonus & Cost Control

  • Collaborate with Product on bonus configuration and cost optimization
  • Propose and track bonus strategies across all lifecycle stages (Welcome, Reload, Highroller, etc.)

Cross-functional Execution

  • Align closely with Product, Traffic, Affiliate, and Design teams to sync campaign objectives and timing
  • Communicate technical CRM requirements and logic with devs and platform owners
  • Ensure Smartico flows are stable, scalable, and integrated with 3rd-party tools (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp, etc)

Platform & Tooling

  • Deep hands-on Smartico experience required (flows, filters, logic, event triggers, CRM campaigns)
  • Experience with Customer.io, Sendgrid, and other ESPs is a plus
  • Map CRM schema to Smartico user attributes and events

     

✅ Requirementsє:

  • 3–5+ years of CRM experience in iGaming (casino focus preferred)
  • Proven ownership of full retention funnels, lifecycle automation, and bonus strategy
  • Solid Smartico implementation experience (must-have)
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, CRM channels, reactivation, and VIP engagement
  • Ability to create user flows in tools like FigJam, Miro, or Whimsical
  • Data-driven mindset — you care about Retention Rate, ARPU, CR%, Churn, D3/D7, etc.
  • Solid experience in bonus logic
  • Experience working in high-performance cross-functional teams (Product, BI, Dev)
  • English proficiency B2 level or higher
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and implement best practices independently

     

🧩 Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in Tier-1 markets (Canada, Nordics, etc.)
  • Experience with real-time segmentation and real-time communication triggers
  • Familiarity with gamification tools and behavioral psychology in gamings
