Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Membership Growth & Lead Generation

    - Drive brand awareness, demand, and acquisition of high-quality leads for the Membership model (MCN connection to AIR & ScaleLab) through connection-model products.

     - Develop strategies to attract new partners — YouTube creators and publishers — with a focus on increasing the number of connected and active channels.
     

  • Campaign Planning & Execution

    - Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns.

    - PR and creator-focused content (blogs, YouTube videos, case studies, success stories).

    - Planning and managing advertising campaigns (YouTube, Google, Meta).

    - Planning email marketing activities and personalized offers for potential leads.

    - Collaborating with influencers, industry partners, and affiliate managers to build a referral network.

    - SEO and community engagement to drive organic growth.

    - Deliver a mix of quick wins and long-term growth initiatives.
     

  • Brand Positioning

    - Develop product strategy and messaging that clearly communicates the benefits of joining AIR & ScaleLab.

    - Ensure that all communication aligns with creator needs and pain points, building trust and brand authority among creators.

     

  • Funnel Management & Optimization

    - Track performance at all stages of the acquisition funnel (lead → SQL → signed partner → connected channel).

    - Collaborate with marketing analysts to monitor ROI, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates.

    - Provide recommendations and insights to enhance partner acquisition and retention.
     

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    - Work closely with sales, onboarding, product marketing, and content teams to align strategies.

    - Coordinate with other Brand Managers to deliver joint initiatives and cross-sell opportunities within AIR’s ecosystem.

 

Candidate Requirements:
 

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing complex digital products, SaaS, or B2B services
  • Proven experience driving demand and qualified leads for multi-step products or platforms — ideally with both form-based and self-service funnels
  • Strong understanding of onboarding flows, paid acquisition, content-driven lead generation, and full-funnel strategy
  • Solid communication and project management skills — from planning to execution and performance review
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English — fluent writing and confident speaking
  • Experience with talent management, MCN operations, or platform partnerships.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Background in marketing to YouTube creators, influencers, or media publishers
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools or products in the Creator Economy
  • Previous experience with token-based payment models or freemium SaaS monetization
