Full Stack Python + React Developer (Middle+/Senior)

About the Project

We are working on a large-scale platform for the US market. The product is in active development: some parts are built from scratch, others involve working with and improving existing functionality. You’ll be involved in real production tasks, from building new features to refactoring and optimizing architecture for high load.

All technical expertise is on our side; the client team has no technical roles, so you will collaborate directly with our developers, QA, DevOps, PM, Product Owner, and Tech Lead

Tech stack:

• Backend: Python (3.x), Django, PostgreSQL
• Frontend: React
• Additional: CI/CD, Docker
• Architecture: Highload, microservices, integrations
  
   

What You Will Do

• Develop and enhance functionality (backend & frontend)
• Work with both new and existing codebases
• Write maintainable, well-tested code
• Debug and fix complex production issues
• Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making
• Estimate tasks and suggest improvements
   

We Expect You To Have

Must have:

• 5+ years in development, proven delivery of complex features end-to-end, architectural input, and experience improving legacy systems independently
• Proven experience with Python & Django
• Solid React skills for frontend tasks
• PostgreSQL experience
• Understanding of architectural patterns and high-load systems
• Experience working with legacy/imperfect code
• Familiarity with CI/CD
• Strong communication skills for teamwork
   

Will be a plus:

• Docker, Kubernetes
• ML/AI experience
• GitLab CI/CD

• Event-driven architecture
