Lead UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer who will take creative ownership, set the design vision, and deliver outstanding user experiences for innovative products. This is your chance to work on diverse, high-profile projects and influence design culture within a growing, forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead the design direction for web and mobile products in various industries

• Translate business goals into intuitive, visually striking, and user-centric interfaces

• Oversee and refine the entire UX process: research, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and delivery

• Conduct design reviews, maintain design consistency, and ensure pixel-perfect execution

• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle

• Establish and improve internal design standards and processes

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with proven leadership or senior-level experience

• A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and aesthetic excellence

• Advanced skills in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems) and other modern design tools

• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to balance creative vision with practical, results-driven execution

• Previous agency or startup experience is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints

• Skills in motion design or branding

• Passion for mentoring and growing design teams
