The Role:
Snowball is a fast-growing Web3 startup based in San Francisco and Kyiv, on a mission to make investing in cryptocurrency simple and accessible for everyone. Our flagship products: the Snowball Wallet, a powerful multichain crypto wallet, and Modular Name Service (MNS), a decentralized, chain-agnostic identity system that allows users to purchase unique usernames and link them to their wallet addresses across multiple blockchains. Together, these products help people connect, manage, and grow their crypto assets seamlessly across the Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships with key players across DeFi protocols, crypto wallets, exchanges, DAOs, and other relevant ecosystems.
- Growth Opportunities: Scout new business and user acquisition opportunities through integrations, co-marketing, and strategic collaborations.
- Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitors, and ecosystem developments to inform Snowball’s growth strategy and positioning.
- Sales Enablement: Build relationships with key partners and institutions to support business goals, product adoption, and community engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership to align on business development efforts.
- Reporting: Monitor and report performance metrics, partner KPIs, and pipeline updates to stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the crypto, fintech, or tech industries.
- Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi protocols, wallets, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
- Proven experience negotiating and closing strategic partnerships or integrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Comfortable working remotely with a team across different timezones.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
