Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Influencer & Affiliate Program Manager to manage and grow our affiliate and influencer marketing programs across various partners and businesses we work with. This individual will focus on recruiting new partners, optimizing existing relationships, and driving measurable results. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and collaborative, with a strong grasp of affiliate marketing platforms and influencer strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Program Management: Manage and optimize affiliate programs on platforms such as Awin / Rakuten ensuring consistent growth and performance.
• Influencer Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with influencers to expand brand reach.
• Collaboration: Provide affiliates and influencers with the tools, resources, and promotional materials needed for successful campaigns.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate and influencer performance data, identifying trends and implementing strategies to maximize ROI.
• Campaign Development: Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute affiliate and influencer campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
• Communication: Act as a key point of contact for affiliates and influencers, fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

Technical:

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and concepts.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as Rakuten, Awin, CJ Affiliate, and others.
• Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools to monitor affiliate performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to drive optimization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

Communication:

• Strong communicator, and a great storyteller.
• Proficiency in English - Pleasant and professional communication skills
• Excellent written communication skills, and friendly phone etiquette
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points

Attitude:

• Strong organizational skills, self-starter mindset, proactive personality
• Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving goals
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
