Designer to $1500 Offline

We’re looking for a Designer (full-time, part-time, flexible schedule) to help us craft clear, consistent, and compelling visual communication across our brand and marketing touchpoints.

We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team to keep in touch, even during remote work.
 

This role isn’t about routine design work — it’s about making design work. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, people, and leadership teams to create visuals that support storytelling, drive clarity, and maintain brand consistency.

What You’ll Do:

• Design landing pages and web sections in close collaboration with our copywriter and marketing team.
• Create preview images for blog posts, job openings, and social media content (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc).
• Work on visual assets for internal communication (All Hands presentations, event graphics, etc).
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual style — ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the CEO, People team, and copywriter to translate messages into engaging visuals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience designing landing pages, marketing visuals, or web interfaces.
• A solid portfolio with examples of landing pages, blog/social previews, or brand assets.
• Strong grasp of brand design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling — and the ability to explain your design choices.
• Proficiency in Figma and comfort working in a collaborative, async-first environment.
• Independence and ownership — you can manage your time and thrive without highly detailed specs.
• Contribute as a UI/UX Designer on projects — designing user flows and creating clear, user-friendly interfaces.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Framer.
• Experience creating simple animations or interactive visual elements.
• Previous work in startup or product-driven environments.
