Senior Unreal Engine Artist (Archviz) to $3500
Volume Vision is a studio where visuals are not just a result, but a language. We create scenes that don’t just look “beautiful,” but impress — through light, camera, composition, and attention to detail.
We are currently looking for a strong Unreal Engine Artist who doesn’t just “assemble scenes,” but builds emotions.
Your responsibilities:
- Build interior and exterior scenes from scratch to final result: from blockout to finished walkthrough;
- Set up materials, lighting, camera, and post-processing;
- Work with visual dramaturgy — artistic presentation is as important as technical skills;
- Prepare final stills, videos, and 360 walkthroughs;
- Optimize scenes for rendering and/or real-time performance (Unreal Insights, CPU/GPU profiling).
Our ideal candidate:
- Confident user of Unreal Engine 5 (materials, sequencer, post-processing);
- Has assembled dozens of full scenes (interiors/exteriors);
- Skilled in creating complex materials (Layered, POM, Detail maps, Masked, etc.);
- Knowledgeable in post-processing, color grading, and artistic lighting;
- Understands cinematic language: composition, camera work, cinematics;
- Able to edit video (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Bonus skills:
- Experience with Blueprints;
- Familiarity with Substance Painter;
- Optimization skills for VR/AR or game performance.
What we offer:
- Remote work in a team of professionals who value visual intuition and artistic approach;
- Tasks where it’s important not only to “make it look good,” but to convey atmosphere;
- Clear processes without bureaucracy;
- Opportunity to influence artistic decisions and the studio’s pipeline development;
- Competitive salary + bonuses for outstanding results.
