Talent acquisition manager

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is ready to take full ownership of our hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers, lead interviews, improve recruiting processes, and bring great talent to our team.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• Experience working with international markets (LATAM, EMEA)
• Good knowledge of ATS systems
• English level B2
• Experience using different interview techniques

You are perfect for this role - if you have:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle - from understanding the job requirements to pre-onboarding candidates;
• Conduct interviews using various methods and techniques;
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs;
• Track and improve recruitment metrics and analytics;
• Keep all recruitment data organized in the ATS system (PeopleForce);
• Help improve and optimize hiring processes.
