Recruitment Account Manager (Junior) from POLAND

As we continue to expand our international presence, we are looking for a
Recruitment Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help us attract a technical talent.

 

Key Responsibilities
Client Management
โ— Maintain regular communication with assigned clients and collect
feedback.
โ— Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage reschedules, and send
confirmations.
โ— Prepare hiring progress reports and participate in delivery sync meetings.
โ— Monitor pipelines via ATS (Spark Recruiter) and Notion; report issues to
the Team Lead.
โ— Support occasional operational needs (e.g., assisting with office setup in
Poland).

Recruitment Delivery
โ— Source and screen candidates for technical roles (using LinkedIn, job
boards, and internal tools).
โ— Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
โ— Coordinate candidate presentation, feedback collection, and hiring
processes.

โ— Maintain updated candidate records and ensure recruitment metrics are
met.
โ— 1+ years in technical recruitment, staffing, or client delivery roles.
โ— Strong understanding of IT/technical roles and the recruitment lifecycle.
โ— Native Ukrainian
โ— Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
โ— Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Google Workspace.
โ— Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Nice-to-Have:
โ— Experience working in staffing or outstaffing companies.
โ— Experience supporting international clients across different time zones.
โ— Basic reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
